Christopher Palinski

Noble Companion is here to make your life easier! We want our clients to feel like an extension of our own families. It is our promise to foster independence in seniors and see their lives thrive.

A native of Rome, NY, Chris has been passionate about serving seniors from an early age. During his study halls at Rome Catholic High School, he set aside time to volunteer in a nursing home next to the school.

His leadership and volunteer service at Rome Catholic earned him a coveted Service Scholars Program scholarship to St. John Fisher University in Rochester, and he was one of just 24 students to receive this honor. One of the scholarship’s requirements was to perform 200 hours of community service and Chris, always ready to serve, chose to volunteer at the Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Rochester. He continues to serve on their Board today.

Chris graduated from St. John Fisher University with a B. S. degree in Business Management, however, following graduation, he still felt that deep vocation for serving the elderly. Recalling his grandparents and his volunteer work at the nursing home during high school, and with a mind for business, he set forth to pursue a career in senior healthcare.

Ever the entrepreneur, in 2010 Chris started his own company, One Path Career Partners. This began as a locum tenens agency specializing in the placement of physicians in temporary positions at healthcare facilities, and it was immediately successful, the first company of its kind in New York State.

While running One Path Career Partners Chris returned to St. John Fisher University and earned an MBA in healthcare management. During this time, a driving force in his life was his desire to work more directly with clients, and he sought to share his compassion with others.

This was the seed for Noble Companion, which began with Chris’s lifelong desire to work for the elderly and provide meaningful, hands-on care. His volunteer work in the nursing home taught him that many seniors just need a helping hand to stay in place at home.

As CEO of Noble Companion, Chris completes most of the comprehensive assessments and is available to clients and their families 24/7. His goal is for clients to remain independent, become happier and healthier, and stay in their homes as long as possible.

Chris has served the community at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for nearly 20 years. Among his many honors, he is also a Service Scholar Award winner and a Bivona Award recipient.

If he’s not helping clients at Noble Companion, Chris enjoys skiing, boating, and spending quality time with friends and family.
