Our Noble Companions:
We can proudly say our best assets are our caregivers. We vet only the best and we achieve this through our meticulous screening and interview process. Our comprehensive background screening and reference checks allow us to look thoroughly at prospective caregivers and choose the ones whose values line up with ours. We look for those who are dedicated to helping seniors and those with disabilities to have a better quality of life.
“Noble Companion is here to make your life easier! We want our clients to feel like an extension of our own families. It is our promise to foster independence and see lives thrive.”

– Vice President
“Being a caregiver to seniors and those with disabilities has been the most rewarding experience in my life. They deserve the best and it is my absolute pleasure providing them quality care.”
James grew up in Fairport, NY, and attended St. John Fisher College where he earned his B.S. degree in Human Resource Management. After Graduating, he began a successful career in the Human Resource field while serving the community. After providing in-home care to his stepfather, he discovered what was missing in his former career; the personal reward of serving those who are in need of assistance. As the V.P. of Noble Companion, he remains compassionate about helping others to navigate the in-home care process and leading the team in providing quality care with a difference.
